Ik heb ervaring als privacy officer bij verschillende gemeenten, waarbij mijn bijzondere aandacht sinds 2023 uitgaat naar de uitvoering van de Wet politiegegevens (Wpg) en de verplichte audit die daarop moet worden uitgevoerd, maar ook de AVG kent voor mij geen geheimen.

Ik ben een door de International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) gecertificeerde specialist in gegevensbescherming:

• Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe – the global industry standard that demonstrates understanding of a principles-based framework and knowledge base in information privacy within the European context
• Certified Information Privacy Manager – the global industry standard in privacy programme management
• Certified Information Privacy Technologist – validates the knowledge of privacy-related issues and practices in the context of the design and implementation of information and communication technologies
